Orders

Placing an order takes only 4 easy steps:

  1. Click on your favourite brand’s catalogue and browse through the products. There are more options available in the stores. For more information about these, call us at the numbers provided below. We’re available from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
  2. Choose your product(s) and make sure to note down the product name, ID, price and the size you want. Call us at the numbers provided above and provide the product details, as well as your contact details.
  3. We’ll confirm the products you want and then we’ll call you back to arrange a suitable delivery schedule. You can expect your delivery within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order.
  4. We’ll deliver straight to your doorstep! All you’ll need to do is pay using your debit or credit card when we deliver.

Yes, Whatsapp ordering is available for The Watch House products. Start ordering by simply tapping on any product on The Watch House catalogue to launch Whatsapp on your device.

Yes, in order to enjoy the Store to Door delivery service, you need to make a purchase of at least AED 150 on the website.

The service is available to delivery addresses across the UAE.

Delivery is absolutely free! However, please note that you have to make a purchase of at least AED 150 on the website to enjoy the service.

One of our customer service staff will give you a call to schedule your delivery.

Our delivery service is available daily, from 8am to 6pm.

Prior to delivery, our delivery partner will give you a call to confirm your time slot.

Your order will be delivered within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order.

We might ask for your ID, so please keep it handy.

When our delivery partner calls you to confirm your delivery time slot, simply let him know that you won’t be available during that time and reschedule a new slot.

Yes, all prices on the website already include VAT.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

You’ll have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product(s).

We understand that you can sometimes change your mind. If you’d like to return your products, simply give us a call and we’ll schedule a pickup of your unwanted items. You may get in touch with us at one of the contact numbers below; please note that we’re available to take your calls from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

Yes, you can either initiate a partial return or return all the products in your order.

Make sure to present your original receipt when we pick up your unwanted product(s).

We won’t be able to accept the return of jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to exchange your product(s). If you’re unhappy with what you’ve ordered, simply return them to us and then place a new order for the product(s) that you want.

The whole process will take 2 to 15 days from the time we pick up your product(s) and depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

How we keep you safe from COVID-19

Keeping our customers, our colleagues and partners protected from Coronavirus (COVID-19) is of paramount concern for us. That is why we’ve taken specific measures to help stop the spread of the virus.

Sanitation is key

Now more than ever, we make it a point to keep all workstations in our stores and warehouse properly and regular sanitised. Our staff are also provided with hand sanitisers, so that they can sanitise on the go.

Keeping health in check

  • Our delivery staff have their temperatures taken before they begin their shift and at regular intervals during the day.
  • Anyone with an elevated temperature is advised to seek medical assistance and stay home.
  • Our drivers and staff have been instructed to sanitize or wash their hands as frequently as possible.
  • We’ve also provided them with masks and gloves, and instructed them to avoid hand shaking.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Store to Door Delivery Service is free for orders made on the website and with a total order amount of at least AED 150. The service is not available for orders under AED 150.
  • Deliveries take 24 to 48 hours from the time the customer confirms their order and depending on their availability to receive the order.
  • In order to promote our customers’ safety, we only accept credit/debit card payments done upon delivery.
  • Voucher payments are not accepted.
  • Customers have the right to reject the delivery as long as this is done before payment is completed and only in the following situations:
    1. The customer has changed his/her mind
    2. The customer no longer requires the product(s)
    3. The product(s) delivered was wrong/damaged

  • Returns are possible within 7 days from date of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.
  • All products for return must be in the same condition as when they were delivered (unused and sellable, in their original packaging and with all tags intact). All accompanying documents (such as manuals), parts and accessories must also be returned.
  • The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: jewellery, accessories, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 days depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer’s policies. The refunds will be credited to the debit/credit card used for payment.
  • These terms and conditions only apply to products purchased and transactions done on the website.
